Defeat Them (volleyball?)

Why do we brew? We do it because watching volleyball is really, really boring. Still, if you have to watch volleyball, it’s better with a peppy soundtrack. Check out the videos below and see for yourself.

2018 CJVA 17 White highlights

In a rare departure from volleyball videos, below is a hastily compiled video from the Flemington Presbyterian Church summer 2016 VIM trip. (Note: This video is best viewed while enjoying a VIM Golden Potty Ale by Beat Them Brewing Co.)

BLACK RAGE 2012

In 2012, Beat Them Brewing funded the production of a documentary about a girls volleyball team, but the film was rejected by ESPN for its 30 for 30 series. (“Too much dancing,” they said. “Where’s the conflict?! The struggle?”) While we wait to hear back from Netflix about a possible distribution deal, we offer the film in its entirety below. Enjoy. In 2013, Beat Them Brewing produced this short video for consideration at the Cannes Film Festival. Unfortunately, executive producer David Hilgen mistakenly mailed it to the Bavarian Film Award judges, who rejected it outright. Another opportunity borne of and squandered by craft beer.
